1.   Board of Trustees
The board of trustee is the highest Academic Organ and consists of prominent members of the community & founders. The Board issues the overall policy directives and guidelines along which the university is steered, appoints the president of the university and reviews annual report and budget of the university.

2.   The University Council
The University Council is the executive body, which runs the day-to-day affairs of the university and consists of the following members:-
President as Chairman
Vice President
Academic Director(as Secretary)
Deans of Collages & Centre
Head of Schools
The Registrar
Technical Support Committee

3.   The University Senate
The university senate consists of the academic staff that meets at least once a semester to discuss the academic affairs of the university and submit recommendations to the university council for consideration.
